Dr. V’s Second Saturdays

Dr. V is usually in the office on the 2nd Saturday each month. This month, that’s this Saturday, the 8th, and there are still openings available! Book online by clicking the “Schedule Your Next Appointment” button on our home page.

In March, Dr. V will be at an all-day meditation retreat on the 2nd Saturday, so it will be rescheduled for the 15th instead.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

This month, Catherine’s Client Appreciation Day will take place on Valentine’s Day! Show yourself some love with a massage for $20 off ($10 off student rate). Appointments must be booked online, and 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation to avoid a fee. This special is for returning clients of Catherine’s only, but it happens one day each  month, so if you can’t make this one, March will be here soon (we hope!).

WINTER SCHEDULE CHANGE

Through the rest of winter, Dr. Willetts will be adjusting her hours to accommodate a 8 week long workshop in mindfulness she’s attending. Her new hours will be:

M 12:30-6:30
T 10-5:30
W 12-5:30
R 10-6
F 9:30-3

Every month, she’ll have one Client Appreication Day.  All returning clients will receive $20 off hour-long massages that day, and students will get an additional $10 off.  

To kick things off, the rest of January is  CLIENT APPRECIATION MONTH! This special rate will apply to all returning client visits for the rest of January! New to Catherine? There’s still time to get your first visit scheduled so you can take advantage of this offer later in the month. There is no limit per person. To receive this discount, these appointments must be booked online.

STRESS REDUCTION PROGRAMS

As the new year gets underway and many of you consider taking better care of your health this year, don’t forget about stress. Stress is a well-known cause of and contributor to many health problems, including headaches, digestive problems and heart disease.  You’re eating better and exercising? Awesome! How about learning how to better cope with stress? Check out these mindfulness programs at Rockefeller Chapel and downtown at The Insight Center, as well as meditation and yoga classes at our neighbors down the hall, Chaturanga Holistic Fitness. Mindfulness meditation and yoga are wonderful ways to learn how to transform your relationship to stress. Like anything else, this skill gets better with practice!
